After the victory last night against Manchester United (3-2), Arsenal appears at the top of the Premier League standings with a late game. Mikel Arteta’s men are now favorites to clinch the Premier League title this season. But according to former Manchester United player Gary Neville, The Red Devils legend does not believe Arsenal will triumph at the end of the season and sees Manchester City lifting the trophy again.
“I don’t see them winning the Premier League,” Neville told Sky Sports. “I think at some point in the season Arsenal will lose one or two games and City will be right on their shoulders, and it will become very difficult for them (…). But they can win the league, and, to be honest with you, I don’t think they are close. I can’t believe they’re in the running. The fact that they are fighting to win the championship is incredible, so it’s not a negative thing for me to say that.
