Rumours of Rudiger deciding against new Chelsea contract ‘not true’ (reliability: 4 stars)

Last week, Spanish newspaper Marca claimed that Antonio Rudiger had already decided against signing a new contract with Chelsea and would become a free agent.

However, according to Bild reporter Christian Falk, such reports are ‘not true’, despite apparent interest from Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.

The journalist has also rubbished the rumours that Bayern have already offered the centre-back a salary of £400,000-a-week.

Earlier, the same reporter claimed that Bayern had approached Rudiger’s agent but the player himself was leaning toward extending his Chelsea stay.

Falk is considered quite a reliable source concerning the German players, so his information could well be trustworthy – but we might have to wait a few months to learn the truth.

Never say thank you for any good thing I do for you but rather when you get the chance, help 3 people and ask them to help 3 each and it proceeds till all get helped.
