To fill the backup position behind Ederson, the goalkeeper moved from Arminia Bielefeld to Manchester City in the summer on a free transfer.
It is his first move outside of Germany, where he has spent his entire professional life with Bielefeld and 1860 Munich.
He’s made a good impact thus far at Manchester City, enjoying his position as the number two and shining when given the chance.
He appears to be missing out on regular playing time.
